2009-2012 Disability Action Plan

Diversity@DBI has now launched the 2009-2012 Disability Action Plan. The plan establishes a set of principles which guide our work with people with disability. These four principles are:
- DBI is accessible to all our customers, stakeholders and employees with a disability.
- DBI recognises the significant value of employing and retaining people with disability.
- DBI recognises, includes and promotes the participation of people with disability in our programs and in our community.
- All employees at DBI have shared accountability for the reduction of issues and barriers to people with disability
