Some of the more generic position types within the Department include:

  • Program / Project Managers – the department conducts much of its business via discrete programs and projects, dealing with everything from biotechnology, major events and advanced manufacturing to superfast broadband, winning tourism campaigns and next generation airliners

  • Industry Investment Managers – who deal with the establishment of new businesses and assist existing businesses to grow and diversify

  • Policy Officers / Strategic Advisers – who provide high level, strategic advice across a broad range of work areas.
