Recognition and Reward Programs

In addition to programs to recognise and reward employees at the local work area level, DBI has a more formal Awards Program. This program enables managers and staff to nominate individuals and teams to receive recognition in a public Awards ceremony hosted by the Secretary. Recognition is based on significant achievements and/or demonstration of the Department's values.
