All short-listed bidders (or all bidders where there is no short-list stage) for projects $3.0 million and over in Metropolitan Melbourne and statewide, and $1.0 million and over in Regional Victoria, are required to provide a VIPP Plan. The template is provided in an editable Microsoft Word document format. Tenderers are encouraged to seek the assistance of the ICN to complete this Plan
